About Us

The Islamic Leadership Institute of America (ILIA) is a non-profit organization founded in the State of Maryland in 2009/1430 to promote educational, scientific, charitable and religious purposes to carry on activities permitted by organizations which are exempt from Federal income tax under IRS section 501(c)(3).

ILIA is an open platform for dedicated Muslim youth, professionals, and elders striving to promote exemplary leadership practices and skills based on Islamic values and principles within the boundary of the Shari’ah as defined by the Qur’an and Sunnah.
