Dozens of Teens Visit ILIA’s Table at Teen Opportunity Fair

Alhamedellah this year’s presence at the Howard County Teen Oppotunity Fair witness a large number of interested potential students and parents. Half a dozen students were interviewed on the spot for an ILIA research internship in the spring of 2015, and dozens more stopped by the table for information and to take part of interactive leadership building discussions and games at the table. 2014 is the second year ILIA participate in the fair and ILIA was recognized by a number of other non-profits who work with ILIA such as the Volunteer Center.

Some students who stopped by shared a vision of their career using crayons and paper. Most students were between the grades of 7 and 12, and attend Howard County Public School System.
