About ILIA

The beloved Prophet (peace and blessing be upon him) said in one hadith “All of you are shepherds, and each of you is responsible of his herd”.

The Islamic Leadership Institute of America is based on this advice of the Prophet. Our youth programs instill leadership skills and traits into the participants. We believe that the youth are not only the leaders of the future, but also of the present. Self-leadership is built at the young age.

Don’t miss this great opportunity for your child to join the program, where your son will gain insights into a key attribute of leadership in a youthful way.

Islamic Leadership Institute of America serves both Muslims and non-Muslims. Our goal is to develop our students and provide them with the best possible training and developmental tools to enhance their leadership traits and styles based on Islamic values and principles, allowing them to transform challenges into opportunities and exhibit independence in tool formation and idea creation.

The purpose of ILIA’s programming is to challenge the minds and imaginations of our students achieving a better understanding of the world they live in and their role and responsibility in that world.
