iLead Weekend Children Leadership

iLEAD (i Lead through Eman and Application of the Deen) is ILIA’s weeklong day camp focusing on leadership through Islamic knowledge and team activities. iLEAD was first introduced in 2011 and was offered for teens.
iLEAD Children Weekend addresses children ages 4-6 and provides them with an opportunity to learn and experience a small set of leadership traits for 2 hrs/week over the course of fall, winter and spring.
Topics covered through open group discussions include: Responsibility, Respect, Teamwork and Honesty. Children learn several components of Islamic knowledge and practice such as wudu, prayer, duaa, Arabic, and other related topics.
