Impact: Preteen Night

Alhamedellah ILIA hosted a preteen night for over 70 youth ages 9-11. The youth engaged in various activities ranging from team building, to science experiments, reading, writing, nasheed and poetry, arts for children with cancer, talks, games and basics of physics. The theme of the night was perseverance and was offered in conjunction with the Dar us Salaam annual dinner.

The purpose of the program was to provide preteens with an opportunity to develop leadership skills through a mix of interactive activities across three main areas; science, literature and social interaction.
