Words, Stories & Transformations

On behalf of our youth we want to thank you all for coming out last night. The hall was packed alhamedellah, and the ambiance at Diyanet Center of America was wonderful meeting many old friends and making new ones.

Special appreciation to the families that came all the way from New Jersey, rural Virginia and those who flew in from Texas just to be part of our evening.

The youth are truly appreciative. We received several late night text messages from some youth who have been inspired by your attendance and felt empowered by the turnout. A quick snapshot for now …

Praises and gratitude Allah glory be to Him, who blessed us with a hard working team of volunteers and board members who have been planning for this event since August, as well as the parents and students who have always been believing in the mission of the organization.

We heard several inspiring stories by our youth and former students, as well as our dear Imam Suhaib Webb and sister Dalia Mogahed, who shared advice on succeeding as a Muslim in America

We will be sharing the total tally for donations by the end of the week, as donations are alhamedellah still coming in online.
