Role Description: Digital Community Engagement & Fundraising Specialist
Position Purpose:
The purpose of this role is to heavily engage with donors and community members. This will be accomplished by implementing the following activities:
Donor contact & engagement
Fundraising campaigns
Digital advertising and marketing
Fundraising content development and digital media
Social media engagement
Quarterly and annual reports, publications and newsletters
The role oversees and is responsible for the following functions at ILIA:
Digital Fundraising Operations and Management
Donor and Student Digital Engagement and Management
Role Qualifications:
Excellent use of spreadsheets, reports and dashboards
Excellent experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Excellent experience with Video Creation
Excellent experience with Storytelling and Copyrighting
Excellent experience with Conversion and Online Fundraising Tools
Excellent experience with Instagram and YouTube platform and Ads
Experience using TikTok for driving traffic to websites
Experience using Facebook, Google and Microsoft nonprofit tools
Excellent ability to write and speak English fluently
Experience in using data effectively in order to track progress and performance against organizational goals and KPIs on a daily and weekly basis
Excellent engagement skills and interpersonal communications with external stakeholders
Excellent ability to write email messages and develop sales email funnels.
Experience using and analyzing data and tools to create and execute organized work plans
Strong organizational and planning skills
Self determined, reliable and independent with strong team collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
Develop digital marketing and engagement campaigns with donors, partners and students
Develop reports, dashboards and presentations to track and assess campaign performance
Drive traffic to website through use of Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Facebook Ads, Video Creation, Storytelling and Copyrighting, Conversion Funnels, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Online Fundraising Tools
Writing email messages and updating web pages
Designing and implementing quarterly and annual reports
Track outcomes against organizational KPIs and refine plans and implementation strategies
Utilize online platforms to build and execute campaigns.
Developing fundraising strategies, campaign plans and executing to achieve program and operational goals
Raising funds per defined budget and plans
Promote organization and its impact on various media
Update campaign results and outcomes in organizational databases and systems
