EmpoweReer - Camp Counselor

Position Purpose: 

Serves as a mentor, guide, and role model to youth participants. Helps create a welcoming, fun, and spiritually enriching environment that reflects the values of ILIA and the EmpoweReer mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support youth during sessions, breaks, and activities.

• Build strong relationships through compassion, guidance, and positive reinforcement.

• Help maintain a respectful, inclusive environment rooted in Islamic manners.

• Assist trainers with logistics, behavior management, and student engagement.
