EmpoweReer - Camp Director

Position Purpose: 

Leads and manages the full EmpoweReer summer experience, ensuring an organized, impactful, and spiritually uplifting environment. Supervises all staff and ensures program integrity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operational, instructional, and logistical aspects of the program.

• Support and coordinate with trainers, counselors, and administrative staff.

• Uphold ILIA’s values of youth empowerment, Islamic leadership, and community service.

• Ensure safety, positive culture, and high standards across all program areas.

• Act as the liaison between ILIA leadership, parents, and external partners.
