Position Purpose:
This role is required to extend ILIA’s Flagship programs, Youth Project Management and EmpoweReer across America serving 800 youth a year, between ages 14 and 24 in at least 4 metro areas and no more than 12 metropolitan areas.
Role Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in a nonprofit or educational setting.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Passion for youth development and leadership training.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Good branding and content development and management skills
Familiarity with the Muslim community and an understanding of Islamic values is a plus.
Excellent ability to write email messages and develop sales funnels.
Experience using and analyzing data and tools to create and execute organized work plans
Strong organizational and planning skills
Self determined, reliable and independent with strong team collaboration skills.
Experience in using data effectively in order to track progress and performance against organizational goals and KPIs on a daily and weekly basis
Responsibilities:
Information Synthesis: Interviewing members of the academic team to identify product value proposition highlights, key talking points, focus areas and pricing strategies.
Prospecting: Identify and research mega Islamic Centers and Islamic centers in the United States that align with our mission and values.
Outreach: Initiate contact with Islamic Center leaders, administrators, and community organizers to introduce our youth programs and highlight their benefits.
Presentation: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our training programs, showcasing how they can benefit the Islamic Center's youth community.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with Islamic Center leaders, understanding their unique needs and challenges, and tailoring our offerings to meet those needs.
Collaboration: Collaborate with our program development team to customize training programs based on feedback and specific requirements from Islamic Centers.
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate and close partnerships with Islamic Centers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support our mission and meet revenue targets.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and conversions using our CRM system.
Work Hours:
12-20 hours per week.
