Coaching is a teaching, training or development process via which an individual is supported while achieving a specific personal or professional goal.
Occasionally, the term coaching may be applied to an informal relationship between two individuals where one has greater experience and expertise than the other and offers advice and guidance as the other goes through a learning process.
Coaching is engaging and is goal-oriented, interactive and integrated into other students' course work and activities, it is purpose driven and focuses on clear goals, behavior and is action plan oriented.

Time: 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM EST.
Location: Online & In Person.

The program is 1/1 coaching, 2 hour per week for 4 weeks.

Coaching integrates with mentoring involves learning and skill development. Our coaches provide coaching in 4 main areas:

Empower students to set and achieve academic and professional goals.
Provide guidance on effective study habits, time management, and career planning.
Support students in identifying and pursuing opportunities for academic advancement and career development.
Social leadership and relationships:
Enhance students' leadership skills and their ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
Foster a sense of community and collaboration among students.
Develop students' communication and interpersonal skills to better navigate social and professional environments.
Life skills:
Equip students with essential life skills such as financial literacy, stress management, and decision-making.
Promote self-awareness and personal growth through goal-setting and reflective practices.
Encourage the development of practical skills that contribute to overall well-being and independence.
Behavioral development and growth:
Assist students in identifying and modifying behaviors that hinder their personal and academic success.
Support the development of resilience and coping strategies to handle challenges and setbacks.
Promote positive behavioral changes through action plans and continuous feedback.
